Sources say five people who were travelling in a small vehicle were shot dead by unknown people.
Their vehicle lost control and collided with a taxi killing five other people.
It is believed that the minibus taxi was transporting teachers when the crash happened.
The shooting is believed to be related to a local taxi feud.
